At the 32nd IOC Session in Vienna 1933, Germany (as chosen site for the Olympic Summer Games 1936) took advantage of their right to carry out the Winter Olympics too. In order to justify the decision this "presentation book" was produced as a form of confirmation validating the using of this right. A very rare item with 30 pages, sized 36x24cm, with 36 original mounted photos of Sporting" Garmisch-Patenkirchen (with hand written legends) which was presented to the Session " in your loyal service" by the local goverment of the town!
